
Dr. Adekunle Olayinka, Special Adviser on Works to the Lagos State Governor, was among the dignitaries recognized at the 25th National Women’s Conference of the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Themed “25 Years of Visionary Legacy: Inspiring the Next Generation,” the conference celebrated COWLSO’s commitment to women empowerment, family transformation, and community development in Lagos State and beyond.
Dr. Olayinka was honored for his outstanding leadership, dedication to public service, and contributions to the sustainable development of the Works sector. Speaking at the event, he commended COWLSO for its impactful initiatives and acknowledged the wives, mothers, and sisters whose support continues to uplift communities across the state.
Other notable attendees included Senators Easily Sanni and Ganiu Solomon, as well as traditional rulers such as Baba Ajasco Oba Saheed Elegushi, Kusenla III; Oba Abdulwasiu Lawal, Oniru of Iru, Abisogun II; and Oba Sulaimon Raji, Oniba of Iba.
