Tunji-Ojo to Lead National Grassroots Mobilization for Tinubu’s Re-election

Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, Minister of Interior, has been appointed to spearhead national efforts to mobilize grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 elections. Tunji-Ojo will lead the charge at the 2025 Consolidated All Progressive Congress Grassroots Movement (CAGraM) National Grassroots Mobilization Summit.

The summit is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the NAF Conference Centre, Abuja, under the theme: “Consolidating the Renewed Hope Agenda — Mobilizing 10 Million Votes for PBAT 2027.”

Organizers said the event aims to unify APC support groups nationwide, strengthen coordination at the grassroots level, and drive a strategic effort to secure a decisive victory for President Tinubu in 2027.

President Tinubu will serve as the Chief Host, with Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, APC National Chairman, as host of the summit. Key party leaders expected to attend include Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House Tajudeen Abbas, and Governor Hope Uzodimma, Chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum and Chief Mobilizer.

Tunji-Ojo, recognized for his dynamism, organizational skill, and loyalty to the Renewed Hope vision, will coordinate efforts to engage youths, women, and local stakeholders across the country. The summit will also launch the symbolic campaign, “1 for 10 = 10 Million Votes for PBAT”, designed to mobilize ten million active voters nationwide.

“The summit represents a collective movement to consolidate achievements under President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and ensure that every community, ward, and polling unit becomes a fortress of victory in 2027,” organizers said.

The initiative highlights a new wave of coordinated political participation, leveraging grassroots networks to strengthen APC’s national support ahead of the next general election.
