Judge Merchan set a deadline of December 2 for Trump’s lawyers to submit their dismissal motion, while New York prosecutor Alvin Bragg has until December 9 to respond.

Additionally, Merchan confirmed the postponement of sentencing, a request made by both Trump’s and Bragg’s legal teams. The sentencing, initially set for November 26, was adjourned following the ruling.
