The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has formally invited former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, for questioning.

Malami confirmed the summons on his Facebook page, stating he intends to honour the invitation as a law-abiding citizen. He reaffirmed his commitment to honesty, integrity, and accountability in public service.

As of now, the EFCC has not disclosed the specific issues prompting the invitation. Malami assured Nigerians that he would provide updates on any developments.
