
SanlamAllianz Nigeria has further cemented its reputation in the Nigerian insurance sector, being named among the Top 50 Good to Great Companies (Certified) by Business Times, a prominent Lagos-based business and finance publication. The accolade recognizes companies in Nigeria that demonstrate strong corporate governance, visible community impact, financial stability, and employee confidence.
In addition, the firm’s Managing Director and CEO, Tunde Mimiko, was honoured as Life Insurance Personality of the Year at the African Prize for Leadership Excellence. The award, organized by the African Institute for Leadership Excellence in collaboration with African Leadership Review Media Ltd and supported by NEPAD, celebrates leaders who make outstanding contributions to Africa’s development while exemplifying corporate citizenship and social responsibility.
Responding to the awards, Mimiko stated:
