Onoh Accuses Malami of Disregarding Court Orders as AGF

Former South-East spokesman to President Tinubu, Josef Onoh, has accused ex-Attorney-General Abubakar Malami (SAN) of hypocrisy, citing repeated disregard for court orders and politicised prosecutions during his tenure.

In a statement from Paris, Onoh urged Malami to stop attempting to intimidate EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede and instead submit to ongoing investigations. He referenced cases including the prolonged detention of Sambo Dasuki, the handling of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, and the Magu removal saga as examples of Malami’s alleged abuse of prosecutorial powers.

Onoh insisted that no former official is above the law and called on Malami to declare his 2010 assets to ensure transparency. He stressed that the EFCC’s investigations must continue without interference.
