A long-simmering personal dispute allegedly rooted in bullying ended in a fatal stabbing in west Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area, where a 23-year-old man was killed in broad daylight. Police have apprehended a juvenile in connection with the crime and recovered the alleged weapon—a dagger—from his possession. The killing was reported on Thursday afternoon, shortly after 3 pm, when police received a call alerting them to a stabbing at DDA Park in the Jwalapuri area of Paschim Vihar West.
