‘Dhurandhar’ Crosses ₹1186 Crore Worldwide, Surpasses Classics ‘Sholay’ and ‘Bobby’ on All-Time Hits List

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar continues its unstoppable run at the box office, crossing a remarkable ₹1,186 crore worldwide within 30 days of release. The spy thriller, directed by Aditya Dhar, has now overtaken iconic Bollywood films such as Sholay and Bobby in overseas collections, ranking 16th among India’s all-time biggest hits globally.

Worldwide Box Office Performance

According to sources, Dhurandhar has collected ₹759.5 crore nett in India and earned approximately $30 million from overseas markets, bringing its total worldwide gross to ₹1,186 crore. This impressive haul places the film above classics like Bobby (#17), Kalki 2898 AD (#18), and Sholay (#21) in the list of top-grossing Indian films abroad.

The list remains topped by Aamir Khan’s Dangal with an unmatched $258 million overseas, followed by Secret Superstarat $130 million. Other notable older films in the rankings include Disco Dancer (#5) and Caravan (#11).

India Box Office Milestones

In India, Dhurandhar has steadily approached the ₹800 crore mark, a milestone predicted by trade analyst Taran Adarsh. As per Sacnilk.com, the domestic collection stood at ₹759.5 crore as of Day 30, with strong fifth-week earnings keeping the film at the top of audience preference. On its fifth Friday, the film earned ₹9.70 crore, bringing its total to ₹794.20 crore, positioning it for entry into the exclusive ₹800 crore club.

The film has also set another notable record: it became the first Hindi film ever to cross the ₹100 crore mark in its fourth week of release, showcasing sustained audience engagement even after a month in theatres.
