Fifteen innocent victims, who tragically lost their lives in an attack by the newly emerged terror group, Lakurawa, in Mera village, located in the Augie Local Government Area of Kebbi State in North-West Nigeria, have been laid to rest in a mass burial. This devastating incident highlights the growing security concerns in the region.

The funeral ceremony was attended by a number of prominent figures, including the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Umar Tafida, the Commissioner of Police, who was accompanied by other top security officials, as well as the Emir of Argungu, His Royal Highness Isma’ila Mera.
