Former federal lawmaker Senator Shehu Sani has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja. The presidency confirmed the death early Wednesday, noting that the army chief had been absent for some time due to an undisclosed illness.
