In the emotional clip, Jarvis shared memories of a time when her father regularly kept in touch, affectionately calling her “Aminata,” a name that brought her joy during childhood. However, she revealed that he is from Senegal—not Nigeria—surprising many of her fans.

Jarvis recounted how the connection suddenly ended, leaving her searching for answers. “This father figure is what I still don’t understand today. From the beginning of my birth, he used to call. He is an outsider, from Senegal. He used to call me Aminata, and I just giggle. But it got to a year when he totally stopped communicating. Till today, I haven’t heard from him. I’m the one searching,” she said.
