Despite being only eight points off the top-four positions, fans are concerned that the club’s recent performances, transfer inactivity, and public comments from manager Thomas Frank indicate a lack of clear ambition and direction.

Spurs’ Struggles on the Pitch

Wednesday’s 3-2 defeat to Bournemouth, a team without a win in 11 games, further intensified supporter discontent. They called for the club to publicly clarify its ambition for this season, next season, and the long-term future, particularly emphasizing the need to act decisively in upcoming transfer windows.

“All the stops need to be pulled out to demonstrate that Tottenham Hotspur are a serious football club and that we really do want to ‘win more, more often,’” the statement read.

Frank’s Response

During a media conference on Thursday, Thomas Frank attempted to reassure fans, stating:

“I think it’s very important to stress that even though there’s noise, the club is very aligned. Johan [Lange], Vinai [Venkatesham] and I are very aligned. The ownership is very aligned. We know it’s a tough spell that we need to get through.”

While Frank emphasized internal cohesion, the lack of concrete action or reassurance on transfers and club strategy appears to have done little to calm supporters.
