Nigerian Public Warned Against Business Deals With Late Senator Ayogu Eze’s Estate

Members of the Nigerian public, investors, and financial institutions have been formally advised to refrain from engaging in any commercial or business transactions with the estate of the late Senator Simon Cyprian Ayogu Eze.

A public notice issued on Monday by Deji Adeyanju & Partners highlighted that Simonis Ventures Nigeria Limited (RC: 195105), along with other assets of the late senator, is currently involved in ongoing litigation before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja (Suit No: FCT/HC/CV/1008/2025), regarding the administration of his estate.

The notice stressed that any engagement with Simonis Ventures Nigeria Limited or any part of the estate during the legal proceedings is at the individual’s own risk.

“Any member of the public who carries on any business or commercial transactions with or involving Simonis Ventures Nig Ltd, or any other part of the estate of late Senator Ayogu Eze during the pendency of the legal proceedings, does so at his or her own risk,” the law firm stated.

The firm urged caution, advising that all business dealings with the late senator’s estate be suspended until the conclusion of the court proceedings.
