The family of 17-year-old Ayomide Amdi has launched a plea for financial assistance to cover life-saving treatment for Osteogenic Sarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer. Ayomide is currently receiving care at a private medical facility in Ogun State and has begun chemotherapy.

Doctors have recommended both chemotherapy and surgery, emphasizing that timely treatment is critical to prevent the cancer from spreading and to improve Ayomide’s chances of survival. The estimated total cost of treatment is N12.3 million, including N2.8 million for chemotherapy and N9.5 million for surgery.

The family has reached out to well-meaning Nigerians, corporate organizations, philanthropists, and charitable groups to help raise the required funds.
