Afrobeats stars Wizkid and Asake have kicked off the New Year with the release of their new single, ‘Jogodo’, teasing their upcoming joint EP, ‘REAL, Vol. 1’, slated for January 23, 2026.

The track fuses Wizkid’s smooth, global sound with Asake’s street-rooted energy, creating a vibrant collaboration that sets the tone for the rest of the EP. Other songs on the project include ‘Turbulence,’ ‘Iskolodo,’ and ‘Alaye.’

Speaking on the collaboration, Wizkid said, “Working on this record with Asake came naturally. We speak the same musical language.”
