Reality TV star Kassia has revealed that 2026 began with unexpected challenges, including the resignation of her entire staff just before the New Year. Despite the setback, she says she has been encouraged by the overwhelming response from people eager to join her team.

Taking to X, Kassia explained that she received over 100 direct messages from individuals seeking employment, but clarified that she is not currently hiring. Instead, she is restructuring her team, KXB, to create a stronger and more efficient system before onboarding new members.

“2026 just started, and I’ve already faced challenges I didn’t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I’m choosing to reflect and trust God’s process,” Kassia wrote.

Remaining optimistic, she described the recent obstacles as preparation for bigger opportunities ahead, emphasizing faith and patience as she rebuilds her operations.
