PFN College of Theology, Delta, Graduates Maiden Set of Students

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) College of Theology, Delta State Chapter, has graduated its first set of diploma students in a colorful convocation at PFN Alpha and Omega City, Agbarho, Ughelli North.

The event was described as historic by PFN National President, Bishop Dr. Francis Wale Oke, who emphasized that knowledge and capacity building are essential for effective ministry. He stated, “Knowledge is acquired and not gotten on the platform of anointing,” highlighting the college’s role in equipping gospel ministers.

The convocation lecture, titled “Training for Integrity and Credibility”, was delivered by Prof. Ezekiel Agbalagba, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun. He commended the graduands on their academic and spiritual achievements and stressed the importance of integrity in ministry.

PFN Delta State Chairman and Chancellor of the College, Rt. Revd. Dr. Abos Willie, urged graduates to uphold the values of the institution and hinted that future PFN officeholders would need training from the College.

The Rector, Revd. Prof. Innocent Okponovwe, thanked the Governing Council for their dedication in raising competent leaders for ministry. The ceremony concluded with certificate presentations amid celebrations from family, friends, and church leaders.
