Grammy-winning Afrobeat artist Burna Boy (Damini Ogulu) has shared that, despite converting from Christianity to Islam and studying multiple religions, he remains spiritually uncertain.

Raised Christian by his parents, Burna Boy later made a conscious decision to embrace Islam. However, his exploration of various belief systems has left him feeling confused.

He explained:

“Growing up, I was a Christian and then I converted to Islam. It’s like I’ve studied it all, but I’m still out here trying to find out what is really going on… The more I research, the more confused I get.”

Burna Boy’s comments reflect his ongoing personal quest for spiritual clarity, despite his public success in music.
