Sean “Diddy” Combs faces fresh scrutiny as new allegations emerge from a police report and civil lawsuit.
The music mogul, currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence for prostitution-related convictions, is accused of sexually assaulting a music producer during a collaboration involving C.J. Wallace, son of the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G.
Allegations Detailed in Police Report
According to a police incident report obtained by PEOPLE, the alleged assault took place on February 26, 2020, in a warehouse containing preserved clothing of Biggie Smalls. The producer claims that Combs, 55 at the time, masturbated on one of Biggie’s shirts and allegedly forced the victim to participate in sexual acts.
The report states that Combs allegedly laughed, threw the soiled shirt at the victim, and punctuated the act with the words, “RIP Biggie.” Following the incident, the alleged victim continued working with Wallace but reported a shift in their professional relationship, which included intimidation and threats from Wallace’s business associates.
Further details in the report claim that during a March 2021 meeting at a Hollywood Hills residence, the victim was allegedly physically restrained and sexually assaulted by Combs while C.J. Wallace was present. The incident reportedly left the victim with lasting mental health challenges, including depression.
Legal Status and Incarceration
Combs is currently incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey, after being transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on October 30, 2025. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, his projected release date is May 8, 2028, although early release is possible for good behavior.
He was sentenced to 50 months by U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs was acquitted of the more severe charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, which could have carried a life sentence.
Combs’ legal team has filed an appeal, and an upcoming civil case management conference is scheduled for December 3, 2025, in Beverly Hills. The alleged victim has been permitted to proceed under a pseudonym in court filings.
Context and Warnings
Combs remains under investigation as part of broader civil and criminal proceedings, with over 50 civil lawsuits alleging exploitation and assault. His legal team has declined to comment, and the alleged victim and Wallace’s attorneys could not be reached for comment.
