Enyimba held their first training session in Ismaila on Monday night in preparation for their CAF Confederation Cup Group D match against Egypt’s Al Masry. The session, led by head coach Yemi Olanrewaju, took place under floodlights.

The People’s Elephant arrived in Cairo on Sunday evening for the clash.

The former Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions are set to continue their preparations on Tuesday. Enyimba will face Al Masry at the Suez Canal Stadium in Ismailia on Wednesday, with the match scheduled to kick off at 6 pm.

Also in the group are Egyptian giants Zamalek and Mozambican side Black Bull.
