On the second day of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial, key witness Casandra “Cassie” Ventura detailed the intense drug use and coercion she experienced during the so-called “Freak Offs.” Ventura described how Combs allegedly pressured her to continue having sex even when she became physically ill from drug use.
Ventura testified that during these orchestrated sex parties, she frequently took various drugs — including cocaine, ketamine, GHB, MDMA, ecstasy, and mushrooms — to dissociate from the sexual activities she felt forced to perform. When the drugs’ effects wore off after several hours, she said she was often given more to keep going.
According to Ventura, the “Freak Offs” involved baby oil, escorts, and prolonged sexual encounters. Combs allegedly filmed these sessions and used the footage as “blackmail materials” to control her. She described the experience as “emotionless” and “numbing,” stating she couldn’t imagine participating without drugs as a buffer.
Ventura, who had a long but turbulent relationship with Combs until 2018, delivered her emotional testimony quietly but clearly in a Manhattan courtroom just feet from Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
