France's Louis Bielle-Biarrey Named 2025 Six Nations Player of the Tournament

France’s Louis Bielle-Biarrey has been crowned the Player of the 2025 Six Nations Championship following a record-breaking performance. The 21-year-old winger scored an impressive eight tries, setting a new record for most tries in a single Six Nations campaign. His stellar efforts helped France secure their 19th Six Nations title.

Bielle-Biarrey triumphed over stiff competition, including England’s Tommy Freeman, Scotland’s Blair Kinghorn, and Italy’s Tommaso Menoncello, earning 65% of the fan vote to claim the prestigious individual accolade.

“I’m thrilled to win this trophy, and I’m grateful to the fans for their support,” said Bielle-Biarrey. “Rugby has been my passion since I was five years old, thanks to my parents, and it’s a childhood dream come true to be recognized like this.”

In addition to being named Player of the Tournament, the Bordeaux Begles winger also won the Try of the Championship award for his second try in a crucial 32-19 win over defending champions Ireland on 8 March.

France secured their first Six Nations title since 2022 the following week, defeating Scotland 35-16 to clinch the championship.
