Lori Loughlin, known for her role as Aunt Becky on Full House, wowed on the red carpet at An Unforgettable Evening gala on Monday, April 28, 2025. The event, held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, benefitted the Women’s Cancer Research Fund.
Loughlin, 60, showcased her timeless elegance in a chic black lace dress adorned with floral accents. She paired the stunning outfit with matching heels and a sophisticated Chanel handbag, drawing attention for her radiant and fashionable appearance.
The gala attracted numerous A-list celebrities, including Olivia Munn, Teddi Mellencamp, Whitney Cummings, Kyle Richards, and Nicky Hilton. However, Loughlin appeared to attend the event solo, as her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, was not seen accompanying her.
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, who married in 1997, share two daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, as well as Giannulli’s son, Gianni, from a previous marriage. Despite the couple’s past controversies, Loughlin has continued to make her mark in Hollywood.
Though Loughlin has successfully returned to her career following the 2019 college admissions scandal, which became widely known as “Operation Varsity Blues,” it continues to cast a shadow over her past. Loughlin and her husband were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters accepted into the University of Southern California as fake recruits for the rowing team, despite neither of them participating in the sport.
In May 2020, Loughlin pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, resulting in a two-month prison sentence, a $150,000 fine, 100 hours of community service, and two years of supervised release. She was released from prison in December 2020, while Giannulli served a five-month sentence.
Since the scandal, Lori Loughlin has successfully returned to acting and is currently starring as Lieutenant Bishop in the Prime Video police drama On Call, signaling a strong comeback to her career in the entertainment industry.
