The tattoo follows the devastating news that De La Garza and her boyfriend, Ryan Mitchell, lost their first child in September 2024. The couple welcomed their daughter, Xiomara, on September 27, but heartbreakingly, she passed shortly after birth due to complications during an emergency Caesarian section.
