The Nigeria National League (NNL) has announced a rescheduling of the matchday one clash between Basira FC and Yobe Desert, according to JOINTEARN reports.

Originally set for Saturday, December 7, the match will now take place on Sunday, December 8, at the Lafia City Stadium.

The shift in schedule is due to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) event being held at the same venue. Lafia City Stadium is the home ground of NPFL team Nasarawa United, who are scheduled to play Lobi Stars in a week 16 fixture on Saturday.
