The Nigeria National League (NNL) has called on all participating clubs to offer their full support in order to ensure the success of the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Ayo Abdulrahman, the NNL’s Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the importance of completing all registration and licensing procedures by Sunday, November 24, 2024. He urged the clubs to take the necessary steps to meet these requirements, stressing that a successful campaign would only be possible with the cooperation of the clubs.
“We are committed to running an improved and more organized season this time, but we can’t do it alone. The success of this season hinges on the active involvement of the clubs,” Abdulrahman stated during an interview with NNL media. “Therefore, we are seeking full support from the clubs as we work together to serve them better.”
Abdulrahman also reminded the clubs that the official rules for the season have already been sent to them and must be carefully reviewed. “The rules provide various options for clubs, including clear guidelines for addressing complaints or resolving issues that may arise during the season,” he added.
The 2024-25 season is set to begin on Saturday, November 30th, 2024, marking the start of what is hoped to be a more streamlined and successful campaign.
