Rivers United’s technical adviser, Finidi George, has acknowledged that their upcoming Matchday 14 fixture against Sunshine Stars will be a challenging one.

Finidi expressed confidence that if his team plays to their strengths, they stand a good chance in the game.

The match is set to take place at the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode on Wednesday.

“Every game is important for us, and this one is no different,” Finidi told Rivers United Media. “It won’t be an easy match, but if we play to our potential, we’ll have a chance.”

Rivers United currently sit at the top of the league table with 25 points from 13 games.
