April 28, 2025 — Siderise Group, a leading UK-based provider of fire protection solutions, has officially opened its new manufacturing facility in Dubai, UAE. This marks the company’s first production site outside of the UK and signals its commitment to enhancing service and product availability across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific (MEIAP) region.
Boosting Operational Efficiency in the UAE
The new Dubai facility will initially focus on producing Siderise’s RH25-120/90 open-state cavity barrier designed for ventilated cladding systems. This local manufacturing approach allows the company to significantly reduce lead times — from six weeks to just four days, depending on order size.
By producing locally, Siderise enhances its ability to deliver faster and more efficient services to customers in the UAE and neighboring markets. The new site also supports project teams in staying on schedule, improving both customer satisfaction and operational agility.
Expanding Team and Infrastructure
In addition to its expanded production capabilities, the new facility has created four new operational roles in Dubai, further strengthening Siderise’s local presence and workforce. The move reflects the company’s strategy to better serve its clients and build stronger relationships in the region.

According to Adam Turk, CEO of Siderise, the Middle East has been a crucial market for the company since 2008. He emphasized that the new Dubai facility is part of Siderise’s broader strategy to position itself as a leading brand for external passive fire solutions across the MEIAP region.
