AC Milan striker Álvaro Morata is on the verge of joining Victor Osimhen at Galatasaray.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Galatasaray is in advanced talks to sign the Spain international from AC Milan during this winter transfer window.
“Discussions are progressing, and all parties are ready to finalize the deal in the coming hours,” Romano tweeted on Thursday.
Morata has already agreed to the move to Galatasaray, with AC Milan planning to sell him. The deal is expected to be a loan with an obligation to buy, and the details are being finalized between the two clubs.
AC Milan has been searching for a new striker as the January transfer window nears its end. Since joining the Rossoneri last summer, Morata has scored just six goals in 25 appearances across all competitions.
