2Face Clarifies Viral “Help Me” Post, Assures Fans He Is Fine

Nigerian music legend 2Face Idibia has spoken out after a disturbing post—allegedly from his Instagram page—sparked widespread concern, suggesting he was in distress and calling for help.

Earlier, a message circulated online claiming the singer had reached out for assistance, causing anxiety among fans and triggering speculation about his wellbeing.

2Face Speaks Out

In a video shared across his official platforms, 2Face firmly denied making the alarming post and reassured the public that he is completely fine.

“This is getting out of hand. It’s a very dangerous situation,” he said. “I understand what fans can do, but I am perfectly okay. This is putting Natasha at risk. It is not fair on anybody to feel this kind of thing.”

He urged everyone to stop spreading misinformation and avoid escalating tensions.

“Please, Everybody Calm Down”

2Face further appealed for peace, saying:

“Please, I need everybody to calm down and cease fire. We’re going to resolve all these issues. People dey get issues for house, no be today. Please friends, family, everybody cease fire. I am perfectly fine. I didn’t post that post.”

The singer emphasized that the matter is being handled privately and asked fans and the general public to stop fueling unnecessary panic.

Marriage Drama With Natasha

The clarification comes amid widespread reports of a heated exchange between 2Face and his wife, Natasha, inside a shop in London earlier in the week. According to multiple accounts, the confrontation led to the singer being taken into custody by British police.

A video of the incident has also surfaced online.
