Labour Party governorship candidate Dr. George Moghalu has expressed satisfaction with the deployment of security personnel during the ongoing Anambra State election, while remaining cautiously optimistic about the outcome.
Speaking to reporters at his residence, Moghalu said the professionalism of security operatives would be clearer once the voting concludes.
“I can’t make any definitive statement about the electoral process yet, as I haven’t voted myself. I’m still awaiting updates from my officers on the ground before commenting further,” he stated.
On security arrangements, he expressed approval: “I’m pleased with the level of deployment of security personnel.”
The Labour Party candidate also shared his confidence in the election results, noting his active engagement on the campaign trail. “I’m very optimistic of victory, having done all I can. I’ve campaigned vigorously. The rest is in the hands of the people. As I always say, power belongs to God, and He gives it to whomever He wills,” Moghalu added.
