Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has revealed that she abstains from alcohol, cigarettes, and illicit substances, explaining that she has a “natural highness” and doesn’t need external substances to boost her energy or enjoyment.

Speaking on the Open Up podcast, Rosman said people are often amazed by her energy at parties and her hardworking nature despite not drinking or smoking. She shared that her preference is for celebrations tied to work achievements, such as cast and crew parties, rather than random nightclub outings.

Rosman emphasized:

“I don’t need anything to influence me. I have all the happiness and highness that I want inside myself. God has given it to me freely.”

Her message reflects a lifestyle choice centered on self-fulfillment, joy, and natural energy rather than reliance on substances.
