Senator Ned Nwoko and Nollywood actress Regina Daniels have escalated their ongoing marital feud, trading accusations over alleged drug use, harassment, and family interventions.

In a detailed post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, Nwoko accused Daniels’ brother, Sammy West, of repeatedly harassing his family at their residence. He described a confrontation that occurred just four weeks ago at 4 a.m., claiming Daniels appeared to be under the influence of drugs during the incident. According to the senator, when he tried to remove West from the premises, security had to intervene physically. Nwoko also shared video footage showing West being escorted from his home.

“These videos show Sammy, Regina’s brother, repeatedly coming to my home and harassing my children and domestic staff, especially whenever I was not around. His visits were often aggressive and disruptive,” Nwoko wrote.

The senator added that he had financially supported West, funding his university education, music equipment, and an Abuja apartment, while also transferring N125 million to Daniels’ mother over the past two years.

Responding on Instagram on Sunday, Daniels admitted to past drug use but rejected Nwoko’s portrayal of events. She accused the senator of publicly exaggerating the issue to distract from their marital conflicts.

“Fine, I did drugs. So what? Is that even the issue between us?” Daniels wrote. “The moment we had a fight, you rushed to the public, shouting ‘drugs, drugs, drugs,’ because it would make a perfect story for the media.”

She also alleged that Nwoko encouraged her intoxication for sexual purposes and sought to isolate her from her family. “You want to find a reason to arrest everyone around me so that I will have no one left beside me… Then, when I’m completely isolated, I will be forced to come back to you,” she claimed.

Daniels further stated that there was no legally registered marriage between them, describing the later stages of their relationship as non-consensual. “No matter how much you think you spent on me, it can never equal the value of the time I gave you, my prime years, my energy, and the career opportunities I sacrificed while being with you,” she wrote.

This confrontation comes amid ongoing reports of Daniels’ marital difficulties, which have previously included allegations of domestic violence. Nwoko, however, denied all claims of abuse, attributing tensions in their marriage to Daniels’ alleged substance use and insisting she undergo rehabilitation.
