Atlanta, GA – November 22, 2025 – Reality TV star Porsha Williams has been officially cleared of allegations that she physically assaulted a passenger on a Delta Air Lines flight on November 16, 2025. According to her attorney, Joe Habachy, the U.S. Attorney’s Office determined that “no crime has been committed,” and the FBI will not pursue any further investigative actions” related to the incident.

Williams, best known for her role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), was seen exiting the Atlanta airport with law enforcement officers after an alleged confrontation with another passenger. Habachy clarified that the Bravo star was “verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation,” and that no physical encounter occurred.

“Ms. Williams is pleased by the news, though not surprised, because there was never a physical encounter,” Habachy said. “The allegations made against Ms. Williams were blatantly false from the beginning.”

Bodycam Footage Supports Williams’ Account

The Atlanta Police Department released bodycam footage showing Williams and the other passenger providing separate statements to officers. Witnesses reported that Williams did not engage in any physical altercation:

  • One bystander described the other passenger’s behavior as “completely chaotic” and “reprehensible.”
  • Another witness confirmed that the only physical action Williams took was pointing, while calmly telling the passenger, “Don’t talk to me like that.”

Williams Responds to Clearance

Following the announcement, Williams expressed gratitude to her supporters and the witnesses who came forward. She emphasized the emotional toll of the incident and the media attention it generated.

“Nothing can undo the unfortunate and damaging press frenzy that ensued as a result of these false allegations,” Habachy said. “At a minimum, Ms. Williams is owed apologies by this passenger and by every publication that furthered the unsubstantiated storyline at her expense.”

Williams, 44, recently shared an Instagram post reflecting on her progress and resilience. After attending BravoCon, she wrote:

“Leaving BravoCon, I’m filled with all the love and warmth and support from our beautiful fans. I just wanna extend a thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only your prayers but for being with me on this journey. I love me again & I love you all!”

She also celebrated her mental health progress following her finalized divorce from Simon Guobadia in June 2025:

“No more survival mode, we will thrive!! We are kicking depression’s ass !!”
