
A police officer and a scavenger were killed on the spot in a tragic traffic accident at Ilubirin, inward Simpson area of Lagos Island, confirmed by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
Incident Details
- The victims were struck by a speeding Toyota Camry (MUS 885 JA).
- The police officer was riding a motorcycle at the time.
- The driver reportedly lost control, veered off the lane, and attempted to flee, but was arrested by LASTMA and handed over to Adeniji Adele Police Division.
