Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has announced her intention to take legal action against Pastor Chris Okafor, accusing him of reneging on a promise to marry her and subsequently marrying another woman.

Ogala made the revelation during a live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, where she discussed her past relationship with the pastor and the events that led to their fallout.

She explained that her decision to pursue legal action stems from what she described as a firm commitment by Okafor to marry her, which she claims he later broke.

Addressing questions about her past conduct, Ogala admitted to a phone-based romantic relationship with Okafor while she was married to her former husband but emphasized that no physical involvement occurred. She also stated that she possesses evidence, including chat records, screen recordings, and videos, supporting her claims.

Daddy Freeze warned Ogala against publicly releasing such evidence, citing potential legal consequences. Despite this, she said she is prepared to proceed legally, with her lawyer already authorised to act.

Ogala stated, “I am suing Chris because he promised me marriage and that’s a crime in the law; he left me for another woman. I have proof, I have evidence. He’ll hear from my lawyer very soon.”

As of this report, Pastor Chris Okafor has not responded publicly to the allegations.
