Over 1,200 artistes, delegates, and production team members are expected for the main awards ceremony, which will be broadcast live in more than 84 countries. AFRIMA President Mike Dada highlighted the event’s impact, saying, “The turnout reflects the growing global strength of African music. Beyond entertainment, AFRIMA drives economic growth, integration, and cultural exchange across Africa and the diaspora.”
The battle for AFRIMA supremacy is heating up with Burna Boy, Davido, and South Africa’s DJ Maphorisa each securing five nominations.
