Singer Burna Boy’s sister, Nissi, has dismissed reports claiming that their mother, Bose Ogulu, was removed as the artist’s manager.

The rumors went viral after ChaftsAfrica shared an alleged Instagram story suggesting that Burna Boy had parted ways with his mother professionally. The report was further circulated on social media, with one X user, @Joyfultips, writing: “Just heard Burna Boy fired his mom, this whole thing is getting crazier.”

Responding to the claims, Nissi, who is also a singer, categorically labeled the reports as false, posting: “FAKE NEWS.”

The speculation comes amid ongoing issues related to Burna Boy’s ticket sales. DAILY POST previously reported that his ‘No Sign of Weakness’ US tour was cancelled on Wednesday evening, allegedly due to low ticket sales.
