She added that this next era represents “Me vs. Me,” explaining that she is preparing for a tour, focusing on her health and mindset, and feeling stronger and more confident than ever.

Diggs, 31, previously revealed to PEOPLE that the couple was expecting a baby boy, sharing his excitement about fatherhood again.

“It’s a boy. That’s enough for me,” he said earlier this month. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”

The NFL wide receiver already has two daughters — Nova and Charliee — whom he welcomed prior to his relationship with Cardi.
