Popular skit maker and singer Carter Efe has publicly criticized Afrobeats star Wizkid, accusing him of ingratitude, while commending Davido for his support and encouragement.

The remarks came following Davido’s appearance on Carter Efe’s livestream, during which the superstar helped secure him an endorsement deal with the beverage company, Martell.

In a video circulating on social media, Carter Efe contrasted Davido’s generosity with what he perceives as Wizkid’s indifference, expressing disappointment over their past interactions. He claimed that despite the goodwill he extended toward Wizkid, it was not reciprocated.

Carter Efe went further, saying Wizkid would have to pay a substantial fee to appear on his livestream, emphasizing that the singer would eventually regret not supporting him when it mattered most. He stated:

“Wizkid, this is Davido showing me love. After everything I’ve done for you, you still pour me spit. Wizkid, I’ll charge you ₦1 billion to come on my livestream. You go regret why you no support me.”

The incident has sparked discussions online about loyalty, support, and recognition in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
