Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, Deputy Governor of Edo State, has dismissed alleged attempts by unnamed individuals to sow discord between him and Governor Monday Okpebholo.

In a statement personally signed by him, Idahosa said false narratives circulating online were aimed at undermining the unity of the state’s leadership. He described such efforts as futile, reaffirming his loyalty and commitment to the administration’s agenda.

“Let it be clearly stated that their efforts will amount to nothing. As long as my boss, my senior brother, and I remain united, every such plan is bound to fail,” he said.

Idahosa described his partnership with the governor as firm and unbreakable, warning that attempts to weaken the administration’s cohesion would be “dead on arrival.”
