Queen Emeka Angel, a 19-year-old representing Imo State, has been crowned Miss Ideal Nigeria 2025 at the 12th edition of the national pageant, themed “Finding Her Season.” The grand finale, held earlier this November, captivated audiences with a spectacular display of poise, purpose, and empowerment as contestants from across Nigeria vied for the prestigious crown.
Queen Angel impressed the judges with her elegance, confidence, eloquence, and authenticity, ultimately securing the title and the opportunity to represent young Nigerian women on both national and international platforms.
In her victory speech, Angel described the win as a dream come true, calling it a stepping stone to greatness. She expressed determination to make a lasting impact, noting that “the world is yet to know her name.”
Looking ahead, the new queen plans to launch her pet initiative, Sacred Roots and Beaded Bonds, aimed at fostering confidence, community, and cultural connection among the next generation. She also envisions representing Nigeria globally, promoting culture, tourism, and unity while collaborating with international tourism boards and cultural organizations.
The first runner-up, Queen Ombolaji Folatunmise Samiat, a 25-year-old medical student from Lagos State, impressed judges with her intelligence and charisma. The second runner-up, Queen Mosunmola Akinmusayo of Ondo State, was named Miss Ideal Nigeria Tourism 2025. Akinmusayo is an award-winning model and digital creator with prior titles including Face of Black Beauty Nigeria 2019, Miss Orient Top Model Nigeria, and Face of Ultimate NollyTV Western Ambassador 2018, and was recognized as the Most Influential and Fashionable Model of the Year.
The 2025 edition of Miss Ideal Nigeria once again highlighted beauty with purpose, celebrating young women who embody leadership, vision, and social impact. With Queen Angel now at the helm, the pageant’s mission to inspire and empower the next generation is set to continue.
