“God Will Silence Them” – Eucharia Anunobi Fires Back At Pastors Over Leaked Audio

Veteran Nollywood actress Eucharia Anunobi has fired back at allegations made against her following the release of a viral audio recording that allegedly involves Pastor Psalm Okpe and Pastor Martins. The audio, which has caused widespread online backlash, contains claims about a woman’s inappropriate behavior linked to a secret affair, with Anunobi’s and Apostle Chikere’s names mentioned.

The Leaked Audio

The controversial audio, which surfaced online, features a private conversation between the two pastors, discussing a woman’s supposed misconduct. While the audio includes no concrete evidence, the unverified claims have quickly gone viral, sparking online discussions and scrutiny.

Anunobi, visibly shaken but resolute, addressed the situation in a recent live video. She did not directly name the pastors involved but made it clear that anyone attempting to tarnish her reputation would face divine judgment.

“And every mouth that has spoken evil against you, God will silence them forever,” Anunobi declared with conviction during the live broadcast. She also emphasized that the truth would come to light and that the individuals behind the allegations would face exposure and disgrace.

Divine Retribution

In her statement, Anunobi revealed that one of those involved in the scandal had already confessed to their actions. She urged the public to verify this confession through news outlets and bloggers, suggesting that this would further expose the perpetrators.

Anunobi also directed a warning towards critics and bloggers who have shared damaging reports about her. She implied that their attempts to ruin her reputation would fail and that “God came through” for her in the midst of the scandal.

“They wanted to rubbish my name, but God came through,” she said, stressing that the controversy was a deliberate effort to undermine her image.

Public Reactions

Social media users had a variety of reactions to the situation. Many were intrigued by how the recording surfaced and why it involved Anunobi. Some expressed disbelief and confusion, while others criticized the behavior of the pastors involved.

  • @jess_nwanyiomaa expressed curiosity about who recorded the conversation: “Biko between the 2, who now recorded this conversation. I’m curious?”
  • @francesspeters seemed bewildered: “What’s happening here?? E no dey hard, you will hear ‘body of Christ’, always making mockery of my Jesus. I am still confused oo, how did Aunty Eucharia enter this matter?”
  • @cyrilafc criticized the pastors involved, suggesting they were not suitable spiritual leaders: “If this kind of pastor prays for you, he is indwelling the spirit of fornication and adultery in you. Reason why we go to some churches today, but our spiritual life is not affected positively. May God help us.”
  • @ebube.cynthia pointed out that the pastor had not fully retracted his statements: “But the man never retracted his statement about their escapades na. He only apologized that it was unbecoming of him.”

Despite the backlash, Anunobi maintains her innocence and expressed that she believes the controversy will be short-lived as the truth continues to unfold.
