Gospel Saxophonist Wale Sax Set to ‘Raise A Sound’ in Annual November Concert

Renowned saxophonist and gospel music minister, Wale Adekoya, popularly known as Wale Sax, has announced the date for his annual concert, “Raise A Sound.” The event is scheduled to hold on November 2 at the Solution Arena on Ikorodu Road.

In an interview, the artist revealed that the concert is more than a performance; it is a divine instruction to create a collective altar of praise.

According to him, organizing the concert is an instruction from God to raise an Altar of Praise where people will gather and give praise to Him.

Acknowledging the significant costs involved in such productions, Wale Sax emphasized the role of faith. He advised other gospel artists and event organizers to ensure their initiatives are divinely inspired, as that is the key to attracting the necessary support.

“My advice to anyone who wants to do a program like this is to believe in God and his divine provision,” he stated.

The concert promises to be a vibrant gathering of gospel talents. The lineup features an array of esteemed artists, including Sola Adeshina, Olabest, Olamilekan, Dr. Segun Ajidara, Mike Abdul, and Adam Songbird.

Attendees can anticipate an evening of powerful worship and a profound spiritual experience. Wale Sax shared a scriptural expectation for the event, saying, “Everyone should expect a special move from God, as God Himself will be rejoicing over us with singing (Zephaniah 3:17) as we raise our Sounds to Him.”
