The workplace is evolving rapidly, and understanding these dynamics is key to business success. This will be the focus of the HR Conference & Excellence Awards, scheduled for December 6–7, 2025, in Gbagada, Lagos, according to Dr. Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, Founder of HR Talent Hub.

The conference, themed “HR – The Heart of Business Success: Driving Purpose, People, and Performance,” highlights the central role of HR in fostering organisational growth. Dr. Dayo-Adedapo described the event as “mind-blowing, exquisite, and transformational,” featuring over 36 global speakers from four nations and four continents.

The two-day programme will include keynote sessions, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and recognition of outstanding HR leaders and organisations. Participants, attending both in-person and virtually, will engage with industry thought leaders and build strategic networks.

Day 1 will host the Global HR Conference from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm WAT, while Day 2 features the HR Excellence Dinner and Awards Gala from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm WAT.

Dr. Dayo-Adedapo emphasised that the conference seeks to inspire purposeful leadership, employee-centered culture, and data-driven performance management strategies, shaping the organisations of today and the future.
