Nollywood actress Kemi Afolabi Adesipe has appealed to the public for help in locating a long-lost friend, expressing deep concern over her safety and wellbeing.
The Yoruba movie star took to her Instagram page to reveal that she is searching for her former secondary school friend, Maria Stephen Seun, who attended Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School (OLASS), Yaba, Lagos, as part of the 1998 set.
According to Afolabi, her renewed search was prompted by recurring dreams in which she keeps seeing Maria, an experience that has left her worried and eager to confirm that her friend is alive, healthy, and not facing any form of hardship.
She disclosed that they share a mutual friend named Ebun, although she could not remember Ebun’s surname. The actress also recalled that she and Maria had communicated via social media sometime in the past but have since lost contact, adding that she can no longer remember Maria’s online handle.
Appealing to the public, Kemi Afolabi urged anyone with useful information that could help locate Maria Stephen Seun to reach out through her comment section or direct messages.
Sharing her plea, the actress wrote:
“I keep seeing Maria in my dreams, and I just want to be sure she is okay and not in any trouble whatsoever…
Please leave a message in my comment section or DM if you have information that can help locate my best friend in secondary school.”
Her post has since drawn attention from fans and followers, many of whom have expressed support and promised to help share the message in hopes of reconnecting the two friends.
