The 70km route passes through Ahmadu Bello Way, Coastal Road, Okun-Ajah Community Road, Ogombo Road, Abraham Adesanya Junction, Lekki-Epe Expressway, and Sangotedo before returning to the finish line.

The 170km route follows the same initial path, then extends through Epe T-Junction, Ita Marun Junction, Poka-Araga Road, Oke Osho Junction, and Temu Road before looping back to Eko Atlantic.

To ensure safety, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority and other security agencies will regulate all junctions and intersections along the routes. Roads will remain partially open, but motorists are advised to follow traffic instructions, remain patient, and cooperate with officials.
