NACCIMA seeks stronger Nigeria-China collaboration

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) has renewed calls for deeper and mutually beneficial trade and business relations between Nigeria and China.

Hajia Medinat Oladotun, NACCIMA’s Public Relations Officer, used the platform of China Global Television Network (CGTN) to present the Chamber’s vision for expanded economic collaboration, technological exchange, and shared growth between the two nations.

Her appearance coincided with Nigeria’s participation at the recently concluded 138th Canton Fair, China’s largest and longest-running trade exhibition, held from October 15 to November 4, 2025, in Guangzhou.

During the broadcast, Hajia Oladotun highlighted NACCIMA’s role in strengthening Nigeria’s investment climate and opening new opportunities for trade, digital innovation, and industrial collaboration. She emphasized Nigeria’s readiness to pursue technological partnerships, e-commerce development, and smart industrial solutions with China.

She also pointed to significant prospects for Nigerian businesses in exports, logistics, and cross-sector investment, aligning with NACCIMA’s mission to connect local enterprises to global markets.

Hajia Oladotun noted the strong historical foundation of Nigeria–China cooperation in infrastructure and industrialisation and expressed optimism about the next phase of collaboration, particularly in green growth, manufacturing, and supply chain integration.

The feature on CGTN reflects NACCIMA’s growing international influence and demonstrates the Chamber’s commitment to strategic communication, global engagement, and media diplomacy. These efforts continue to promote Nigeria’s economic interests and enhance the country’s trade competitiveness on the global stage.
