The Nigerian Naira closed stronger against the U.S. Dollar on Friday, gaining N1.65 at the official market. The local currency traded at N1,454.41, reflecting a 0.11% gain compared to Thursday’s rate of N1,456.06.

This marks a rebound for the Naira after a week of fluctuating performance, with minor losses seen throughout the week. On Wednesday, it traded at N1,455.38, and at the beginning of the week, it opened with slight depreciation at N1,451.86 on Monday and N1,454.38 on Tuesday.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) provided the official exchange rate data, confirming the Naira’s recovery towards the close of the week.
