A resort-inspired waterfront residential and hospitality development, Nautica Rise, is set to transform tourism and coastal living along Lagos’ Lekki Peninsula. Spanning 77,000 square metres just beyond the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Road, the project is developed by Cruxstone Development and Investment Limited as a long-term coastal ecosystem combining luxury living, leisure, and sustainable investment.
